Receiving Shipment Guide

Preparation:
- Ensure that someone is available to receive the shipment during the scheduled delivery window.
- Clear a space in the receiving area to accommodate the delivery.
- Have helpers and necessary equipment ready for unloading, such as a hand truck.

Inspection:
- When the shipment arrives, carefully inspect the exterior of the packaging for any visible damage or signs of mishandling.
- Note any damages or discrepancies on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing.

- Coordinate with the delivery personnel to safely unload the shipment from the delivery vehicle.
